Mechanical
Plant loads and openings coordinated. Rooftop plant weights and riser penetrations pulled from the shared model, structure updated automatically.
Electrical
Services clash-checked against structure. Riser, switchroom and plinth positions synced from the BIM model so the frame is designed around them.

A housing development: plot, roads, houses and apartment blocks, with drainage and attenuation beneath.

Plot and levels
Site levels and boundaries read from the survey. Cut and fill, plot areas and setbacks calculated across the whole development at once.
Buildings
House types placed and counted automatically. Unit mix, density and orientation checked against the brief, with every plot scheduled.
